Abstract
The neutrality of the title salt, bis(1,3,5-trimethoxy phenylium) di-mu-chl oro-bis[tetrachlorozirconium(IV)], (C9H13O3)(2)[Zr2Cl10], is presumably ach ieved by the addition of a proton to 1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene. This proton w as not located crystallographically and is assumed to be disordered over al l three methoxy O atoms.
