Abstract
After tooth extraction a 52-year-old woman got oral medication: non-steroid al anti-inflammatory agents (Voltaren diapers (diclofenac), Talvosilen fort e (paracetamol, codeinphosphate)), and several antibiotics (Sobelin 300 (cl indamycin), Spizef (cefotiam), Rulid (roxithromycin)). During this therapy she developed a maculopapular rash. Allergological procedures included pric k, patch, and challenge tests. With positive patch testing we could prove a delayed-type allergy to clindamycin being responsible for the rash.
