Abstract
A 19-year-old man had Bilateral ocular lime injury of 3 months' duration, w ith multiple epithelial defects and total corneal vascularization. An annul ar corneoscleral graft obtained from cadaveric donor cornea preserved in MX medium was sutured to the host limbus. Stable ocular surface was achieved at I week and complete symptomatic relief at I month. Visual acuity 8 month s postoperatively was 6/36 (20/120). Annular corneoscleral transplantation is feasible in a patient with ocular alkali injury.
