Abstract
Tunable coherent vacuum ultraviolet and extreme ultraviolet radiation have been produced in H-2 by three-photon resonant third harmonic generation via B-1 Sigma(u)(+) (v') <-- X-1 Sigma(g)(+) (v = 0) and C-1 IIu (v') <-- X-1 Sigma(g)(+) (v = 0) TRANSITIONS Highly resolved third harmonic spectrum cxl libits some distinct characteristics. P6;rsc-matching effect of tile nonlin ear optical process is also discussed.
