Abstract
Fourteen US states have sexual predator statutes, and legal questions remai n in the forefront. The courts continue to examine and question decisions r egarding risk assessment, management, treatment, and treatment outcomes. Cl inicians working with sexual offenders, particularly sexual predators, need to be aware and informed regarding current sexual offender management and treatment.
