Abstract
A 44 year old woman presented with six recurrent endocervical polyps within the span of 28 months. The last two of these polyps exhibited sarcomatous changes within the endocervical stroma with heterologous cartilagenous elem ents. Abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy was perfo rmed. No chemotherapy or radiotherapy was administered.
