Abstract
A case of vesicouterine fistula in a young woman following caesarean sectio n is presented. The diagnosis was established successfully using heavily T2 -weighted MRI which clearly demonstrated fluid within the fistula, obviatin g the need for conventional radiographic contrast examination.
