Abstract
The process e(+)e(-) --> nu<(nu)over bar>gamma, known as a neutrino-co unting reaction, is considered from the viewpoint of setting constrain ts on the anomalous parameters of three-boson interactions. An effecti ve model in which interactions that are responsible for symmetry break ing are characterized by strong coupling is discussed. For the paramet ers L-9L and L-9R, constraints that are attainable at LEP I, LEP II, a nd MLC e(+e)- colliders by studying data on the process e(+)e(-) --> n u<(nu)over bar>gamma are presented.
