Abstract
We discussed here the effect of the presence of non-specific oligomerizatio n states on the backbone dynamics of C12A-p8(MTCP1). Dynamic parameters wer e obtained from the analysis of N-15 spin relaxation measurements (T-1, T-2 and N-15{H-1}NOEs) at two magnetic field strengths and on two different pr otein samples (4 mM and 400 mu M) using the linear correlation assumption b etween J(0) and J(omega). At high concentration, the presence of aggregatio n states leads to a significantly higher value for the overall tumbling as compared to the dilute sample, whereas the features of the internal motion are essentially preserved.
