Therefore, it seems interesting to study and analyse the interactions bet ween clinical status and the consequences of intraabdominal gas insufflatio n. Because the postoperative benefits of laparoscopic surgery are notable, this technique is more and more proposed to old patients. The only imperati ve is to anticipate medical problems.
