Abstract
We report a case of successful percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplas ty guided from pressure-wire measurements in a transplanted patient. Fracti onal flow reserve, a lesion-specific, pressure-independent index of functio nal stenosis severity, was used to guide the intervention.
