Abstract
We report on two infants with primary unilateral thalamic hemorrhage which occurred at two months of age. Both infants were normal prior to the onset of hemorrhage. Bath children presented with seizures and subsequently devel oped epilepsy. These cases suggest that primary unilateral thalamic hemorrh age can occur in seemingly well infants outside the neonatal period.
