Two-photon absorption (TPA) at lambda = 532 nm in powder-like fullerene-1,3
-dithiolic adduct and C-60 systems have been studied. The measurements have
been carried out versus temperature at different hydrostatic pressures. We
have unambiguously shown that the adding of the 1,3-dithiole core causes t
he observed effects. The modulated-like dependences of the TPA versus p and
T have been observed. The latter one reflects complicated contribution of
electron-vibration interactions and rotational subsystems to the TPA values
