Abstract
Accuracy of calculations made according to two different mathematical model s of the chromatographic column, applied to the separation of the reaction mixture of ortho- and para-nitrochlorobenzenes, has been analyzed. To the d escription of the reaction rate of sorption, the modified Langmuir kinetics and the new stechiometric kinetics have been proposed. The algorithm to id entify model parameters has been also presented.
