We report a case of interstitial pneumonia found by a woman who suffered fr
om a gastroesophageal reflux unamenable to usual treatments. The HR-tomogra
phic discovery of atone esophagus lead to a manometric study. The associati
on of high auto-antibodies levels and radiographic and manometric datas wer
e characteristic of esophagal and pulmonary scleroderma.
