Abstract
The method of integral equations was used to study pressure effects on the structural characteristics of an NaCl : 25H(2)O solution. The structural ch aracteristics were determined by solving the Ornstein-Zernike atom-atom int egral equation with a hyperchain approximation. Interparticle interactions were described by a modified TIPS model of water and the Huggins-Mayer inte rionic potentials. The results were used for predicting the structural beha vior of the system under consideration.
