Abstract
The kinetics of the photoadsorption of oxygen on epitaxial layers of CdS, C dSe, and n-CdTe was studied in the temperature range 298-373 K. The activat ion energies for the adsorption of charged E-AC and neutral E-A species wer e evaluated. The sticking coefficient C-So and the effective cross section C-N for the capture of oxygen molecules by adsorption sites at the film sur face of cadmium chalcogenides during O-2 photoadsorption were also determin ed.
