Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis is a chronic arthritis of unknown etiology. i
t remains a diagnosis of exclusion because no specific laboratory test or p
hysical finding is diagnostic. There are 3 main subtypes: Pauciarticular, P
olyarticular and Systemic in onset. The management of Juvenile Rheumatoid A
rthritis requires the expertise of a multidisciplinary team, including pedi
atrician, Pediatric Rheumatologist, Ophthalmologist, Orthopedic Surgeon and
Rehabilitation personnel. This review will focus on the diagnostic approac
