Abstract
Splenic cysts are rare in pediatric surgery. Nowadays management consists o f partial splenectomy or decapsulation of the cystic wall. The case reporte d in this article describes the successful laparoscopic decapsulation of th e cystic wall in an Ii-year-old child.
