Abstract
We have developed a convenient method for achieving the oxidation of nucleo side H-phosphonic acid monoesters and diesters with bis(trimethylsilyl) per oxide and N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide in the presence of trimethylsily l triflate as a catalyst.
