Abstract
We have analyzed major histocompatibility complex (MHC) regulated immune re sponse in congenic inbred chicken lines CB and CC, that differ from each ot her not only at the B haplotype but also in their ability to regress Rous s arcomas. The ratio of CD4+ to CD8+ peripheral blood lymphocytes is higher i n CB chicken than in CC, as well as adherence potential of blood monocytes. The analysis of keyhole limpet haemocyanin presentation did not show any d ifference between these lines.
