Abstract
A model that describes the interactions in the system of squid axon channel s is proposed. The variables of the model are channel concentration and mem brane voltage. The model represents the simplest mathematical formulation o f the data on axon membrane, its components, sind their role in the generat ion and propagation of action potential.
