SIMULTANEOUS LIQUID-CHROMATOGRAPHIC ANALY SIS OF MILK RIBONUCLEOSIDESAND RIBO-NUCLEOTIDES

The paper describes the simultaneous liquid chromatographic analysis o f milk ribonucleosides and their 5'-monophosphorylated derivates. The analytical results show, that it is possible by masking the phosphate charges with Mg2+ and Ca2+ ions to bind chemoselectively ribonucleotid es directly from the milk matrix to the pre-column gel immobilized wit h modified phenyl boronic acid and to transfer the compounds onto the analytical column for separation. Future investigations should improve the analytical procedure to achieve a separation of the coeluating mi lk compounds 5'-CMP and 5'-UMP.
