A flow equation obtained through multiple linear regression is a static con
cept, fixed for a time t. However, experience says that the temporal compon
ent makes the information obtained from the flow equation change in terms o
f the coefficient of determination.
In this paper we show that a 1-degree variation in such coefficients behave
s like a Brownian motion based on a gaussian distribution. Such motion is c
alled here the Samsara effect of the coefficients of determination. We then
use a practical real case to show how this effect works in practice when a
nalyzing ecological models.
