Abstract
This case report describes a rare but treatable complication of anteri or lumbar surgery, The patient underwent a revision anterior fusion fr om L2 to S1. Complete thrombotic occlusion of the left iliac artery de veloped in the patient. Prompt recognition of vascular compromise and arterial bypass of the iliac system lead to excellent functional recov ery.
