Abstract
We describe a 16-year-old female with a lymphangiomyoma of the ileal mesent ery. The patient presented with anemia, shortness of breath, fatigue, and v ertigo. Sonography showed a 13-cm mass in the lower abdomen. Laparoscopy sh owed a tumor in the mesentery of the terminal ileum. Laparotomy was perform ed to resect the mass with a segment of the ileum. Histology showed a lymph angiomyoma.
