Abstract
If p = 3 or 5 and 5 and 3 less than or equal to n < p + 3, then the homotop
y type of CPn contains only finitely many PL homeomorphism types with a loc
ally linear PL action of the cyclic group of order p fixing an isolated poi
nt.
