Abstract
Hemangiopericytoma (HPC) is a rare vascular tumour seen infrequently in the paediatric age group. It has an incidence of about 10% in children. The di fficulty in assessing the malignant potential of this tumour may cause conf usion to the clinician in deciding the proper line of management.
