Sv. Novikov et Av. Vannikov, MONTE-CARLO SIMULATION OF HOPPING TRANSPORT IN DIPOLAR DISORDERED ORGANIC MATRICES, Synthetic metals, 85(1-3), 1997, pp. 1167-1168
We present results of the Monte Carlo simulation of charge carrier tra
nsport in a simple model of randomly oriented and orientationally nonc
orrelated dipoles and compare our results with those obtained for stan
dard Gaussian disorder model. The most significant difference is a shi
ft of the Pool-Frenkel region of the mobility field dependence to lowe
r fields and widening of this region. We have found that in some parti
cular cases the mean carrier velocity is a decreasing function of the
electric field.
