Determination of the Phytophthora infestans antigen with the use of an immunoenzyme amperometric sensor

It was proposed to diagnose the PhI potato disease, to assess the severity of the disease in plants, and to timely determine the presence of the PhI a ntigen in the test samples using an immunoenzyme sensor. An increase in the catalytic activity of immobilized cholinesterase in the presence of immune complexes under certain conditions can lower the limits of detection of bi ologically active compounds. The proposed version of enzyme immunoassay is superior to other techniques in the rapidity of determination.
