Abstract
Transient time-of-flight methods with voltage pulse injection have been ada pted to determine the field dependent mobility of holes in the electrolumin escent polymer, MEH-PPV. The time-resolved current response confirms that g old forms an Ohmic contact to MEH-PPV and that there are very few traps in the polymer. These conclusions are in agreement with earlier interpretation of steady-state current-voltage measurements.
