Capacitances of magic Fe13O8 cluster, Fe, Co, Ni, and An clusters are calcu
lated. As they have the order of aF (1 aF = 1 x 10(-18) F), it is expected
that the mono-electron phenomena (such as Coulomb gap, Coulomb staircase an
d negative differential resistance) can be displayed at room temperature fo
r these clusters. The capacitance is found to be an increasing function of
the cluster size but not monotonous. Some oscillations exist especially for
Fe and Co clusters.
