Abstract
New 8-aza-16-thiasteroid analogues, benzo[a]thieno[f]quinolizines, have bee n synthesised by the [2 + 4]heteroannelation of 3,4-di-hydroisoquinoline wi th 3-acylthiotetronic acids.
