Abstract
The electrochemical and photoelectrochemical properties of ITO/alpha-Fe2O3 nanoparticulate film electrode were investigated using voltammetry and opti cally induced photocurrent transient measurements. The mechanism of photoin duced electron-hole(e-h) transported within the semiconductor firm was disc ussed in detail.
