Two-body pion-radiating and weak decays of light axial-vector mesons and th
e rho are studied as an application of the Dyson-Schwinger equations. Model
s based on the rainbow-ladder truncation are capable of providing a good de
scription, and yield the correct sign and magnitude of the a(1) --> rho pi
and b(1) --> omega pi D/S ratios, with no additional mechanism necessary. [
