Abstract
An exact solution is obtained of the problem of determining all the macrosc opic elastic constants of an anisotropic textured polycrystalline system co mprising grains with cubic symmetry of the elastic properties and a discret e distribution of those properties in two equivalent orientations, differin g by a rotation about the fourth-order axis through an angle of pi/4.
