Abstract
Unstable closed orbits in a chaotic Duffing system were analyzed using Floq uet theory. A trajectory wanders from one unstable closed orbit to another and is twisted to form a trajectory with the form of Mobius band. There is a possibility to control the trajectory in an unstable closed orbit by maki ng use of the twisting effect.
