Abstract
This commentary discusses the strengths and weakness of the series of 60 ca ses of testicular Sertoli cell tumor (not otherwise specified) reported by Young and colleagues. The reviewers propose that sclerosing Sertoli cell tu mor is merely a morphologic variant of Sertoli cell tumor with no distincti ve clinical features. On the other hand, the large cell calcifying variant is clinically distinctive, and shows association with Carney complex.
