Abstract
Analyzing the components of a combinatorial library that often number in ex cess of 20,000 is a major bottleneck in the drug discovery process. The aut omated HPLC-MS system described in this article measures the purity of each sample in the library and automatically exports the results into a databas e in a process that employs only one part-time laboratorian.
