Abstract
We propose a new spectroscopic technique using a thin crystal, which has co
mparable energy resolution to a Bragg crystal (E/Delta E > 2000) and a usef
ul bandwidth (> 12 eV). We performed a simple experiment to demonstrate thi
s idea. The device detected Ti K alpha(1) and Ti K alpha(2) lines simultane
ously and clearly resolved them.
