Abstract
The clay index values of limestone samples were spectrophotometrically dete rmined using the absorbance value at 630 nm of a known concentration of met hylene blue. The applicability of this approach to and the advantages over currently used methods in the cement industry is demonstrated by the result s summarized in this report. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd.
