Abstract
Tibial hemimelia is a rare malformation that can be isolated or found with other skeletal abnormalities. We describe a fetus with unilateral tibial ap lasia, ipsilateral pre-axial polysyndactyly and femoral hypoplasia, ventric ulomegaly, anal atresia and rib and vertebral anomalies. We believe that th is combination of malformations has not previously been described. Clin Dys morphol 8: 223-225 (C) 1999 Lippincott Williams & Wilkins.
