We report on a male infant with distinctive facial features, short stature
and rhizomelic upper limb shortening. His MRI brain scan showed abnormal ve
ntricular architecture and bilateral periventricular nodular grey matter he
terotopia (BPNH). This child represents an apparently new dysmorphic syndro
