Abstract
Impairments in attentional processes are found in most neuropsychiatric dis orders, including schizophrenia, depression, Parkinson's disease and Alzhei mer's disease. These are obvious on clinical examination and also on cognit ive and neuropsychological tests of attention and provide clues into the ar eas of brain disrupted in these different disorders.
