Y:LiNbO3 single crystals with the bulk periodically poled structure were gr
own by Czochralski technique along < 2 (1) over bar (1) over bar 0 > (X-axi
s). We calculated the velocity of the domain wall movement below Curie poin
t in the crystal growth process. It was found that the velocity becomes alm
ost constant (5-10 mu m/h) at T << T-c.
