Abstract
Planar nano-structures (sub-100 nm period line-and-space structures) are fa bricated with 100 kV EB lithography system and their magnetoresistance perp endicular and parallel to the line-and-space structures is investigated at 4.2 K. In the perpendicular geometry, superposed to the Shubnikov-de Haas o scillations, we observe Weiss oscillations due to the nanometer scale perio dical potential in the 2DEG.
