Abstract
Based on the time-dependent Hartree-Fock equations we study many-body effec ts in the absorption spectra as well as temporally and spectrally resolved four-wave-mixing signals of modulation-doped quantum well structures. For s ufficiently long dephasing times we find a beating behavior in the time-reo lved signals related to the Coulomb enhancement. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
