Abstract
We review various attempts to create the observed baryon asymmetry of the U niverse. In particular, we consider models of GUT baryogenesis, baryogenesi s via leptogenesis, the Affleck-Dine mechanism, electroweak baryogenesis an d baryogenesis via topological defects and primordial black holes.
