Abstract
The purpose of these recommendations proposed by the members of the << comi tes de Cancerologie de l'Association Francaise d'Urologie >> is to provide an informative report for the clinician and the pathologist, in the managem ent of patients with prostate cancer. These recommendations are common to t he ADSAP and UICC recommendations on prostate cancer. Standardized forms ar e recommended to be included in every report.
