From a psycholinguistic model of language production, we aimed at ascertain
two hypothesis in a schizophrenic group versus control: first, a specific
disorder in speech planning (impairment in semantic conception of plans) ac
counted some formal thought disorders (derailment, illogicality, tangentiel
responses). Second, we asserted that a strong emotional level in the treat
ed theme changed planning and features in, speech for all subjects. Results
offer support for hypothesis. And morever, they indicate that a strong emo
tional level impair planning and speech production in both groups.
